One shotgun shell or a burst to a leg, then the melee combo. Jewel Bangle The Port, Port Key house · The Big Man Majini in the wave that arrives when you take the Port Key (padlocked house: go in through the back window and shoot the keys off the hanged corpse's hook) drops it. He comes in through the window. — Don't shoot the front-door padlock: that way they can only come through the window, one at a time. He may not spawn: this is the Big Man who sometimes fails to show, above all if you killed the Majini running through the market (and, per one player, sometimes even without that). If he doesn't come, replay 2-1 without killing the runners. Jewel Bangle The Port, past the port gate · Open the port gate, clear the boat and jump into the water on the far side: the group that comes at you includes another Big Man Majini.
