Dropped by the Chef when he dies (Kitchen, north-west area). Insanity: on the south medical cabinet of the Closet (Level 1, off the Waiting Room); there the Chef drops 2 Antique Coins instead.

Opens the Kitchen door to the Pantry: the Stakeout Takeout Charm, 12.7×55mm Ammo and, for Leon (ch04), warped closet #4.

Killing the Chef gives Order Up!: best is a Hemolytic Injector from behind (instant kill). With guns, Casual takes 1 Requiem headshot plus 4 or 5 handgun headshots, and more on Standard. If Grace doesn't kill him, Leon can in ch04 and open the Pantry himself. The Dishwasher's Note file (Leon, Gallery Corridor warped closet) says the Chef has it; on Insanity it still says so even though he no longer carries it.
