Requiem

Leon starts ch01 with it (5 rounds). Leon gives it to Grace at the end of ch02, in the Central Hall 2F, with 1 round, no matter how many he spent: fire all 5 in Wrenwood and the Rehabilitation Ward. Grace uses it from ch03 to ch08 and throws it back at the end of ch08; in ch09 Leon gets it with all of Grace's 12.7×55mm Ammo, Item Box rounds included.

Your boss gun for the whole game: never sell it. As Grace every round counts; as Leon, buy the Ported Barrel first.

As Grace (ch03–ch08)

• One shot kills almost any zombie and Blister Heads, and on Casual and Standard it stuns The Girl. It pierces: 3 kills with one shot give the Bang for Your Buck trophy.
• Against the East Wing Chunk: 3 headshots on Standard (Game8); on Casual PowerPyx uses 1 Requiem headshot plus about 16 pistol headshots.
• Grace's ammo for the whole game: 9 loose rounds + 5 Rare Metal (one per Lockpick). Each Rare Metal + 80 Infected Blood = 2 rounds, after the Blood Specimen (Converged).
• The Stabilizer cuts its recoil a lot.

As Leon (ch09–ch15)

• Leon cannot craft or buy 12.7×55mm Ammo; he only finds it. Each round sells for 400.
• It can be tuned from the first Supply Box (Central Camp, ch09). IGN starts with power at the ARK Staff Room (ch13). It is the most expensive gun to max.
• The Power Shades Charm (R.P.D., ch10) is for this gun only: limitless penetration and more power on the last round in the cylinder.

Other runs

• Grace no longer has it in her ARK section (ch14). On Insanity bring Freya's Needle.
• One player reports that tuning it at the Wrenwood Supply Box on a new run carries the upgrades over to Grace (single report, unconfirmed).
• The Weighted Grip ★ costs 25,000 per Game8 and 15,000 per GameRant and the wiki; on Insanity one player saw a 100,000 tier.
• Switch 2: the Leon amiibo unlocks a skin for it (from 30 Jul 2026).
