Infected Blood

Pools, buckets and bathtubs of blood, and dead infected. 34 fixed sources add up to 1,750 on Standard (30 and 1,530 on Insanity), plus whatever each corpse gives. The first stashes, in ch03: 70 by the man in the Medication Room, 60 in the Kitchen bucket and 100 in the bathtub of the Restroom's far stall.

Grace's crafting currency: gather it with the Blood Collector (Blood Lab, ch03) and spend it on her recipes.

Capacity: 100; 150 with the Override Manual; 200 if you also buy the Matsuoka Master Manual (Special Content, 1,000 CP). Anything over capacity is lost. Shooting heads and legs raises the blood a corpse gives, and the R.I.P. Knife (Insanity) draws 2 to 3 times more. Trophies: The Power of Blood (craft once), Blood! More Blood! (use 300) and Bloodlust (collect 5,000; progress survives reloading a save). Never picking up the Blood Collector clears the Minimalist challenge.
