How to get it
Insanity only, Grace, ch03: Parlor cabinet 3 (5 Antique Coins) and a small silver case in the Closet (1F, the level 1 door off the Waiting Room, SW corner). Also craftable: Scrap + 110 Infected Blood, after the Blood Specimen (Polymerized) in the same Closet.
Verdict
On Insanity it is worth the 5 coins: twice the power of the other knives and more blood from every enemy.
