Where
Marshlands, north-east dock: chest in a hut on stilts reached with an assist jump. The HAND-TO-HAND COMBAT file is on the shelves by the altar on that dock.
Use
One of the 4 slates for the west-dock door.
Sources disagree on which hut: Evil Resource says the left one; IGN and Fandom say the right-hand chest. Open both. Taking it starts a fight with about 12 Wetlands Majini (some with shields), and one turns into a Duvalia: keep a Flash Grenade ready.
