How to get it
Shop only, ₦3,000, from 3-1 (after 2-3; other sources say after 3-2). Both Chris and Sheva can use it.
Verdict
Cheap and saves bullets, but it takes a slot: buy it for the achievement and for farming.
- It nearly always stuns and often kills a normal Majini in 1-2 hits. A Majini killed with it drops no Plaga.
- Slower and shorter than the knife.
- Two hits expose a Reaper's weak point (one source).
- Cattle Prod achievement: 30 Stun Rod kills; farm it in 1-1.
- Lifeguard achievement in co-op: in 1-1, once the helicopter clears the Public Assembly, one player hits the fallen transformer with the Stun Rod over and over and the other revives them.
- If you strip AI Sheva's guns to use her as storage, the Stun Rod can stay.
- Base Majini carry stun rods too: on Professional one hit puts you in DYING.
