Eye Spy Charm

Dropped by the Chunk that appears after you take the ID Wristband Lv1 (East Wing 2F, Locker Room); Grace and Goliath trophy. Last chance: before you carry Emily to the Security Manager's Office puzzle box. He falls to 3 Requiem headshots on Standard (Game8); on Casual, to 1 Requiem headshot plus about 15 S&S M232 headshots (PowerPyx). On later runs, if you already own it, the Chunk drops 4 Antique Coins instead.

Raises the chance of surviving fatal damage. Works just by being carried (1 slot).

Carry it on Insanity, where almost any grab kills Grace.
