Woodcutter's Shed (Village): on the barrels at the back of the shed, behind the Iron Insignia Key gate (Woodcutter's Yard) and before the yellow ladder.
Use
Optional. Fit it on a well and turn it to raise what's at the bottom. 7 wells:

- West Old Town Farmer's Land → Lockpick.
- Church Courtyard (behind the church) → Necklace with Two Holes.
- Fallow Plot Shed Yard → Pipe Bomb ×3.

- Moreau's Laboratory (end of the SW path) → Flashbang ×3.
- Craftsman's Back Yard (River) → a ladder rises to the Trap Chamber (Large Pigeon Blood Ruby).
