- Moreau's Laboratory, behind the Windmill Yard's mechanical gate that the Crank opens. It appears after you explore the West Building (where the M1851 Wolfsbane is).

Same as the East Old Town one: M1851 Wolfsbane ×5.2, magnum ×2.6, explosives ×2.4, the rest ×2.0.
The second Vârcolac, optional. It appears right after you take the M1851 Wolfsbane from the West Building chest, so you already hold the ideal weapon. Same behaviour: it gets stuck in doors and windows.
Reward
Crystal Beast (20,000 Lei).
7,000 HP. Rough estimate at Standard's starting rank: an un-upgraded M1851 Wolfsbane shot takes about 4,420, so 2 shots do it. Game8 gives two different counts on its own pages: "two or three" and "one or two" shots between the eyes.
Step by step
- Take the M1851 Wolfsbane from the West Building and load it before you step outside.
- Get inside a building and let it get stuck in a door or window.
- Put Mines at the openings, or use Pipe Bombs or Explosive Rounds.
- Finish it with the M1851 Wolfsbane to the face: 1 to 3 shots according to Game8.
