How to get it
Extra Content Shop, 60,000 CP, after finishing the story on Hardcore or higher. Then buy it from the Duke.
Verdict
The practical NG+ magnum: it hits more than twice as hard as the F2 Rifle and uses its plentiful ammo.
It uses Sniper Rifle Ammo, far more common than Magnum Ammo, so it doesn't depend on the NG+ recipe. Even so it hits less than the true magnums (M1851 Wolfsbane and S.T.A.K.E.).
