The Duke

Obese, jolly, with a garlic-hung carriage. He sells, buys treasures, upgrades weapons and, from the Four-Winged Key (chapter 5), cooks the dishes that raise your health for good. He seems to know RE4's Merchant ("an old friend used to say...") and cannot say what he is himself. At the end he drives Ethan to the last battle in his carriage.
