Fish ×1 + Meat ×5 + Quality Meat ×1. The Quality Meat is the white pig in the Fallow Plot Shed Yard (from ch05). Up to ch08 there is Meat for this dish or the Three-Flavored Mititei, not both: the rest comes in ch09 (the Graveyard goats) and ch10 (Otto's Mill).

Much less damage while guarding. Cooked once and the effect is permanent (it carries into NG+). The kitchen opens when you bring the Four-Winged Key back to the Altar Duke at the end of ch05.

Check the menu first: one in-game text asks for Poultry ×5 instead of Meat ×5; if so, cook it last.
