Where
Fish ×4 + Poultry ×2 + Meat ×3. After the two ch05 dishes you have 1 Poultry left: the rest comes in ch08 (Gatehouse Back Yard, missable once you leave the Reservoir). You already have the Meat after the South Garden goat (ch07), and the missing fish comes from the Water Cavern (ch08, missable).
Effect
Max health: increase. Cooked once and the effect is permanent (it carries into NG+). The kitchen opens when you bring the Four-Winged Key back to the Altar Duke at the end of ch05.
