Where
Main House 2F, Grandma's Room (Scorpion Key): propped on the boxes next to the door. Same on every difficulty.
Use
Two ways:
- Swap it for the shotgun held by the Display Room statue (Main House): you take the M37 Shotgun and the door does not lock.
- Combine it with a Repair Kit → M21 Shotgun.
The statue takes either this or the Model Shotgun, so you can end up with both the M37 and the Broken Shotgun.
