How to get it
Easy and Normal: Wrecked Ship 1F, Maintenance Room, in the desk drawer the dead man is reaching for; it holds only 2 rounds. Madhouse: 3F, Sick Bay, desk SE. It goes to Ethan's Item Box with the rest of Mia's gear.
Verdict
Same damage as the G17 Handgun. Use it as Mia until you find the P19 Machine Gun.
Ethan Must Die: green crates (2 stars).
