Where
2-3 Underground Lab, the cell block with the half-open gates and several Whoppers: on the ground next to the dead lab tech in the middle room (by the north wall).
Use
Opens the metal gate at the far end of the fenced area; then grapple up.
The half-open gates do not hold the Whoppers back: stun them through the calves, then shotgun the head; Arrows (Pipebomb) help a lot. Next comes another Whopper with double health, and a Napad bursts through a door: its room has 4,000 SP.
