The first ones are in 1-2, in the Antique Clock building (Urban District), before you even have the Ithaca M37. 3-3 has 20 fixed in the Drilling Facilities (10 through the left-hand door towards a switch, and 10 in the small left-hand shack).
Effect
Ammo for the Ithaca M37, M3, Jail Breaker and Hydra. Not sold in the shop.
