How to get it
1-2, Urban District: inside the house with the green/blue door that the Old Building Key opens. Sheva gets the key with the assisted jump to the second broken ladder on the roof, before or after the Allyson scene. If you skip it, it enters the shop for ₦2,000.
Verdict
Your main shotgun: upgrade it early for the hordes, and it is also the key to the Hydra.
Exclusive
Maxing it unlocks the Hydra in the shop (₦30,000).
Shop: its first tier (₦8,000) is already on sale at the start of 1-2, but you pick the gun up mid-chapter: spend on it after a checkpoint restart or before 2-1. By 2-3, ₦21,500 is on sale; Firepower 400 opens at 3-3 and the last capacity step (25, ₦10,000) at 6-2, so the Hydra arrives at 6-2 at the earliest.
- The only shotgun with a Critical upgrade.
- Every shotgun fires 7 pellets and does no damage beyond about 25 paces (fan table).
- 1-2, Uroboros test subject: shotgun blasts keep it inside the furnace while the door closes. If Sheva is the one blocking, give her the Ithaca.
- A good shotgun for AI Sheva: her shots stagger the hordes.
