Where
Nurses' Station: red toolbox on top of the south shelves. Push the trolley against the shelves, climb it, rotate the box and open the latch.
Use
Opens the wall panel (fusebox) in the Room 201 storage room: the Fuse is inside.
The Note on Cardboard Box file (Room 202) tells you where it is. Moving the trolley makes noise and The Girl comes in: hide under the barricade or the small corner table, keeping the debris between you. Before you move it, climb up for Antique Coin #1 (north locker).
