Where
Chemical Storage (ARK B2): glowing green slot in the control panel, east side, at the far end. Sneak there through Bioweapon Repository 02.
Use
Insert it into the Dump Control Room terminal (B4): the crane rises and Leon gets out of the Dump.
Taking it cuts the power: 1 ARK Zombie bursts out of the south-east pod in Bioweapon Repository 02 and 1 Licker β2 drops into the East Stairway. Approach slowly and crouched; a Bottle of Acid kills it in one hit.
