Garage (1F, through the Level 1 Garage Entry door): in the back of the van, north-west area.
Use
Open it from the back panel with the solution in the Unlocking the Organ Transport Box file: switch AUTO to HAND, slide the far-right slider up to the middle, press switch 5, then switch 2, and switch HAND back to AUTO. If you already tried, press Reset first. The Artificial Lungs are inside.
