Where
Chairman's Office Lounge: puzzle cabinet in the south-west corner. Code from the Chairman's Note: Moon, Sun, Star, Moon.
Use
First of the 3 quartz cubes for the Central Hall door to the Courtyard (Sun, Moon, Star).
The Care Center Pamphlet motto pairs each quartz with an executive: Chairman = Moon, Lead Researcher = Sun, Security Manager = Star. One source swaps the Moon Quartz and Sun Quartz locations; 3 others agree with this entry.
