Only 3 pre-mixed: the glass cabinet in the upper south-west area of the Rehabilitation Ward (Leon, ch02; not on Insanity), the Records Room warped closet (Leon, ch04) and the weapons case in the Construction Yard Storage Area (Raccoon City East, ch09). Standard (Classic) adds one in the Subterranean Passage (Blackthorn Station B3, ch12). The rest are crafted.
Effect
Restores a medium amount of health.
Recipe
Both characters know the recipe from the start. With Leon it counts for Master Craftsman (1 of his 9 recipes). Grace uses it for a Med Injector at only 30 blood. Leon sells it for 100 credits.
