Locker Key

Operations Room (1F): inside the bracket of the ceiling TV, south-east corner. Climb the pallets in front of the chalkboard. It only spawns after you have examined both clues in this run: Scavenger Hunt - Clue 1 (jacket hanging between the desks in the S.T.A.R.S. Office) and Scavenger Hunt - Clue 2 (locker right of the entrance).

Opens the "JoJo" locker on the west side of the West Office: the S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm and 2 Raccoon City Zoo tickets ("Enjoy! And don't say I never gave you anything! - Barry").

Optional. The locker has a Street Fighter Alpha poster, a console and Capcom games inside. After you examine the clues, an R.P.D. zombie appears banging on the vending machine in the West Central Passage. Some guides call it "JoJo's Locker Key".
