Use
A light source for the dark 2F East Wing. Equip it to see hidden items, such as the Note on Cardboard Box file in the Room 202 wardrobe.
Switch on the Prep Room light before you have it and the bulb blows. With the Lighter in hand, the Prep Room leads to the Nurses' Station.
