Where
Only 2 in the whole game: the right (east) locker of the Logistics Warehouse 1F Office (ch09) and the south-east AC unit on the Blackthorn Station B2 East Platform (ch12). One source doesn't list the Blackthorn one on Standard (Classic); probably an omission.
Effect
Leon's material for Handgun Ammo (×10) and Machine Gun Ammo (×40).
Don't sell it (200 credits): Master Craftsman needs both recipes. With the save, craft and reload trick, one is enough for both.
