How to get it
Leon. Special Content, 15,000 CP → Supply Box. In the story, ch15: in the final fight Victor pulls out an RPG-7; shoot him fast so he drops it, pick it up (make room: auto-sort the case) and fire its single rocket at him. You don't keep it.
Verdict
It one-shots anything, bosses included. With Infinite Ammo (RPG-7) an Insanity run becomes trivial.
- Without Infinite Ammo (RPG-7) (35,000 CP) it is single-use: discarded after firing.
- Infinite Ammo (Guns) does not cover it.
- PowerPyx platinum route: Infinite Ammo (Guns) + RPG-7 + Infinite Ammo (RPG-7), about 100,000 CP, then Insanity.
- In the story: one rocket only, don't miss. It ends Victor's first phase.
