How to get it
Grace, from ch03. Fixed: West Corridor 1F (cabinet); Filing Room (left locker); Records Room 2F (left locker); Basement Construction Storage and Inspection (body bags, ch05); the Courtyard fountain (ch06); ARK Sterilization Chamber (bench) and Bioweapon Repository 05 (container) (ch14). Also a random enemy drop, and craftable from 2 Scrap.
Verdict
Always carry one: it is your grab-escape insurance, not an attack weapon.
- When a zombie grabs you, Grace stabs it in the head to break free. The knife stays stuck: you only get it back once that zombie dies.
- It breaks fast if you attack with it.
- Break it down into 1 Scrap (at any durability) when you need space or material.
- The Stakeout Takeout Charm raises its power and durability.
