How to get it
Leon, ch09: Underground Parking Garage, Power Room (Raccoon City East B1), small case on the metal table on the east side, with 40 rounds; it is the flooded room with the first Battery. If you miss it, it goes into the Supply Box when you reach Raccoon City Center. On later runs it is only sold.
Verdict
