How to get it
Grace, ch06: wall-mounted tanks in Collection & Testing (Research Facility). During the escape 18 patients burst out of the cryotubes: grab the tank on the right wall as you enter.
Verdict
Use them instead of your ammo: it is the safe way across the room.
- Aim and hold fire to spray the purple gas. An infected bursts after about 3–5 s of spray.
- When one runs dry, switch to the next wall tank instead of waiting. Game8: skip the closest one at first so you get to use every tank on the way.
- If you don't use them, the patients mutate into Blister Heads (wiki). Running past is possible, but they grab.
