How to get it
Grace, ch03: Care Center, Dining Room (1F), on the floor on the east side, empty. When you take it a zombie crawls out from under the table holding the Hunting Knife: crouch along the right side. Its first rounds: Handgun Ammo ×2 on the Filing Room desk. Insanity: it is on the Waiting Room reception desk (1F, East Wing).
Verdict
Only useful until you get the S&S M232; after that, leave it in the Item Box.
The weakest gun in the game in every bar. Game8 says it stays in the Dining Room on Insanity; Evil Resource and IGN place it in the Waiting Room.
