How to get it

Chris: he carries it from the start of ch12. Ethan: Extra Content Shop, 20,000 CP after you finish the story; then buy it from the Duke.

Verdict

Chris's backup; for Ethan on NG+, a strong handgun from minute one, with a slow reload.

Semi-automatic: pull the trigger fast. Un-upgraded it hits harder than a maxed M1911 (270 against 195); its weak spot is a reload of about 2.5 to 3 seconds.
