How to get it
Trauma Pack (included in the Gold Edition): the Duke sells it from the first meeting at the Vineyard (ch03).
Verdict
A collector's piece: for 200 Lei it is a barely better LEMI that never upgrades; don't give it the slot.
It is the only gun in the game with no infinite-ammo option in the Extra Content Shop. It comes in the Trauma Pack with the Mr. Everywhere Weapon Charm, the RE7 filter, the tape-recorder save point and Village of Shadows unlocked from the start.
