How to get it
The old man (Grigori) hands it to you in a cutscene inside Old Man's House, ch02. It can't be missed.
Verdict
Your handgun until ch05: at most buy the cheap capacity and reload levels, and sell it once the M1911 has capacity level 2.
The fastest reload and tightest spread of the handguns, but the lowest damage.
- With the LEMI - Recoil Compensator (free in Castle Dimitrescu, ch04) power goes from 100–130 to 130–160.
- If you sell it, the rounds in its magazine go with it.
- Its infinite ammo is the cheapest in the game (10,000 CP): on a second run it is worth maxing it just for that.
Mercenaries: Ethan starts every stage with it, the "II" stages included.
