Poultry ×4 + Meat ×3 + Juicy Game ×1. The Juicy Game is the blue bird in the tree NW of the Graveyard, west of the castle gate (ch05; the Photo of a Strange Bird points to it). The 4 Poultry add up in ch09 (East Old Town, behind the Crank door) or, if one is missing, at Otto's Mill (ch10).

Max health: large increase. Cooked once and the effect is permanent (it carries into NG+). The kitchen opens when you bring the Four-Winged Key back to the Altar Duke at the end of ch05.

The best health dish: never sell the Juicy Game (there is only 1) or a single Poultry (across the 6 dishes there is one spare at most).
