Effect
Faster walking speed. Cooked once and the effect is permanent (it carries into NG+). The kitchen opens when you bring the Four-Winged Key back to the Altar Duke at the end of ch05.
Verdict
A must for speedrunning the story (the under-3-hours challenge): cook it first on NG+.
