Old Videotape

Wrecked Ship 3F, Security: on the desk next to the TV (Eveline points it out).

Play it in the Security VHS: a 2014 flashback as Mia, armed, on the intact ship. It is mandatory. Whatever Mia uses inside the tape does not carry over.

Tape 4 of 4: if you watched all 4 in the same run, achievement "Be Kind, Please Rewind". The Security tape recorder appears after the tape.
