Event: if Jack catches you at the Pantry hatch, he cuts off your right leg. His low swipe in the Morgue fight can also do it. And with a Blade Molded's special slash if you don't block or dodge it.

Pick the leg up and use a First Aid Med to reattach it before you bleed out (Jack leaves one on the Pantry floor). A Strong First Aid Med works too.

One source mentions only the Strong First Aid Med; two others confirm the normal First Aid Med is enough.
