Wrecked Ship 1F, Laundry Room: inside the fuse box on the south wall.
Use
Two uses:
- Powers the door lock in the 1F Main Corridor → Stairwell.
- Later take it back out (that door locks again) and fit it, with the Power Cable, in the panel inside the elevator → the elevator reaches S2.
