How to get it
Processing Area, Morgue: on the stretcher behind the metal mesh, north side. You can only reach it in phase 2 of the second Jack fight, when he tears the mesh open and takes his giant shears. Grab it right then.
Verdict
The one weapon built for Morgue Jack: grab it the moment the mesh opens.
- Guarding with the chainsaw works very well: a last-moment block staggers Jack, and clashing blades stops his instant-kill attack.
- Jack has 4500 HP here, and the difficulty rank does not apply to this fight.
- Afterwards you use it on the door blockade; it breaks and leaves your inventory.
Alternatives: the Circular Saw (unlockable) kills him in seconds; with spare ammo, an Enhanced headshot after stunning him, then the shotgun.
