Finish the game once on any difficulty. It appears in the Item Box of every save, including saves in progress. The campaign's first Item Box is in the Laundry Room (ch02).

On any new run it replaces the G17 and the M19 as your main gun.

• With enhanced rounds it hits for half a 44 MAG shot while using handgun ammo: the most ammo-efficient gun in the game.
• An Enhanced shot to the upper head kills almost any Molded.
• Heavy recoil; only 3 rounds per magazine.

Nightmare: 200 Scrap (5,000,000 points). Ethan Must Die: silver chest (4 stars).
