None: it soaks up a lot of damage
Tactic
A J'avo that cocoons (the complete mutation). Inside it doesn't attack, and it hatches into a Strelats, Napad, Mesets or Gnezdo. It can be broken before it hatches, but that takes a lot of ammo: rarely worth it. Better to stop the cocoon with a heavy melee hit or a grenade-launcher round. In Ada Chapter 2 you can destroy the Napad cocoons before you trigger the alarm.
Achievement B.O.W.s Are Ugly: kill 100 enemies that came out of a chrysalid.
