How to get it
Leon's starting weapon: he has it from the Prelude. It's a pair of identical pistols; the alternate function fires both at once.
Verdict
Your 9mm gun for all of Leon's campaign: the lowest damage per shot of the handguns, but dual-wielded it clears crowds.

- Dual-wielded, the Quick Shot (aim + fire together) is a 5-shot chain for 2 blocks of the combat gauge: it switches targets on its own and the last shot knocks down.
- In dual mode the second gun's magazine only reloads while it's deployed.
- The ammo-saving pattern: shoot the head or a leg to stagger, then finish with melee.
- Handgun Master (+100%) and Infinite Handgun cover it.
- Weapons Master: only Leon carries it, so whoever plays Leon gets the 10 kills.
- The Mercenaries: Leon's gun in his default outfit.
