How to get it
Leon. Special Content, 500 CP → Supply Box, where it also costs credits. Vandal says it is sold on a first run; Game8, GameRant and a Steam guide say it is a post-game unlock (used here).

A cheap burst pistol for a second run; it sits below a tuned Silencer 9.
After your first clear: buy the unlock with CP in Special Content, then pay for it with credits at the Supply Box.
