Cloud 9

Leon's Blood Collector in Leon Must Die Forever (from the 8 May 2026 update, after finishing the story).

It fills with kills. Every 100 points buys an Enhancer (Basic, Bronze, Silver or Gold); rerolling the offer costs 20. There are 8 Enhancer slots and 2 start locked. There are no weapon upgrades: guns come from 1- to 3-star chests or from red and blue enemies.

VGC recommends Parry Recovery, Scatter Shot, Sharpshooter and Unyielding Judge; drop Mixed Blessing before bosses.
