Advanced Tuning

Free for destroying all 25 Mr. Raccoons (they count across runs and saves). The Raccoon Roundup Maps (Rhodes Hill, 200 CP or in the Basement safe; Raccoon City, 300 CP) mark where they are.

Adds the third tier (★) to every one of Leon's parts on the Supply Box Tune Up tab, for every later run.

Get it on your first or second run: without it there is no ★ tier. ★ tiers cost 5,000 to 35,000 each on Standard.
