Where
Kitchen (Castle 1F): inside the tub of blood in the middle of the kitchen, after the Bela fight.
Use
Put it in the bottle stand with silver flowers on the south side of the Wine Room (2F): the secret area with the Courtyard Key opens.
It is Dimitrescu's vintage ("maiden's blood"). The hint is the file Winemaking History, on the Wine Room's central table. In The Mercenaries it is Lady Dimitrescu's healing item.
