Karl Heisenberg

He captures Ethan at the end of his first village visit and drops him in the mines "for entertainment". Later he phones him, leaves signs all the way to the Stronghold and offers an alliance.

Spoiler: he hates Miranda and is building a Soldat army to overthrow her. He wants to use Rose as a weapon; Ethan refuses and fights him with the tank Chris gives him. He is playable in Additional Orders (A rank on the normal stages).

Voice: Neil Newbon / Nano Castro / Diego Rivas.
