Derelict House Footage

Guest House 2F, Upstairs: on the chest of drawers in the corner. The label reads "Derelict House Footage. Dulvey, June 1".

Play it in the Living Room VHS Player (Guest House 1F, on the TV). You play Clancy, the Sewer Gators' cameraman (June 2017), and the tape shows you the secret passage in the fireplace, your way out. It is mandatory and counts as tape 1 of 4 for the achievement "Be Kind, Please Rewind".

Inside the tape there is a Lock Pick that opens Antique Coin #1: turn around as soon as it starts. If you do not use it there, it is gone.
